SAP CRM Sales/Marketing or Order Mgmt Team Member
Summary:
This position will be a key figure in the Global Process Transformation (GPT), a program that will consist of multiple projects over several years that will re-design existing processes, implement new, more effective processes and align the organization to support them.
This role will impact several of the key functional and business units across Rockwell Automation.
This position is responsible for the execution of the detailed building of Rockwell Automation's business processes for the sales and marketing functions. This position will work with Business Process Teams (SCM, CRM, PLM), Data Quality Management, Portal and other teams in the analysis and decomposition of the business processes, documenting the business process and data quality requirements, and designing and configuring the R/3 and CRM enviroments to support the organization's To-Be process and quality data vision. This is a long-term, multi-phase rollout that includes all activities, through realization and support.
Scope:
The scope of this role is global across all Rockwell Automation Control Systems locations.
Essential Functions:
oAnalyze and evaluate existing business processes.
oDevelop business process documentation.
oCreate and implement the process of turning blueprints into realization and system solutions.
oEnsure that business processes are effectively mapped in the software configuration.
oIdentify the global and standardization requirements versus the local requirements.
oDesign and configure the system to support the organization's future processes and data quality vision.
oAid in the design of reports, forms, interfaces, and conversions.
oTest, modify, and document the business process.
oConsults with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope including archiving and quality requirements, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
oProvide post-implementation support
oMay conduct workshops and presentations to validate business processes and solutions with the end user community.
oEnsures thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws.
Education and Experience Requirements:
A Bachelors in, Business, Sales/Marketing,or related experience is required.
Additionally:
oCurrent experience designing and deploying a SAP ERP2004, or at a minimum SAP R/3 (version 4.6 or 4.7) system.
oCurrent experience designing and deploying a SAP CRM 4.0 system (Specifically Sales and Marketing processes or Order Management)
o MS/MBA or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Specific requirements for CRM: Familiarity with multiple operating environments, ability to drive consensus across CRM constituents and insure horizontal process stream linkage with the vertical business and regional requirements. Knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes in a B2B environment or Order Management processes.
