SALES MANAGERThe ideal candidate contributes to meeting Davis Homes’ goals of quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager sells homes directly to individuals who visit the model homes.

The Sales Assistant helps to ensure the goals established by Davis Homes are met by supporting the activities of the Sales Manager. The Sales Assistant ensures that all visitors to the models are greeted in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements for both positions:
Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Effective listening & telephone skills
Must work weekends
Basic computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and
Internet usage (E-mail).
