As a Robert Half Technology Account Executive, you will use your proven sales and/or technical background to closely manage and identify consulting services needs throughout the local marketplace; target and develop clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources and the internet; solidify RHT’s presence in local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. Using a consultative approach, you will meet with clients to evaluate their technical needs, recommend and provide consulting solutions. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contacting supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met; and strategizing with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals. Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
The ideal Account Executive must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. A combination of, account development and account management skills are required for this position. 3+ years sales and/or IT experience are required and a CIS/MIS Degree is preferred.
