Assists Retail Development Manager in the planning and design of new showrooms, renovated showrooms, automotive centers, and warehouse layouts.

Coordinate sales and installation of fixtures and merchandising of products on job site.

Build/hang/maintain displays, reorder point of purchase material, creating plan-o-grams and maintain the library of information for all products.

Assists with planning and coordination of trade shows and manager meetings.

Responsible for maintaining and the production of demographic reports for member cooperatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Communication or related field.

Good computer and communication skills required.

Occasional in-state travel required.

Prior experience in retail merchandising.

Prior experience or familiarity with outdoor and/or farm supply products and terminology would be a plus.

Must be creative.
