Relationship/Marketing Manager

Purpose:
A leading financial company in the Princeton area is looking for a Project Manager.

The Relationship Manager performs a dual role of project management and client relationship manager, similar to an internal Account Executive. Each Relationship Manager is assigned specific product groups. They work directly with Business Partners assigned to these groups.

The primary responsibility of the Relationship Manager is to take on an incoming project from inception to completion. They help coordinate and deliver the high volume of quality client, prospect and Financial Advisor creative materials on schedule. Must be able to assist with coordinating all the activities of a multi-disciplinary project team (design, editorial, production, legal, compliance, print services, etc.) to meet specific project deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

-Reviews incoming new project requests and creative briefs.
-Schedules kick-off meetings for new work.
-Anticipates problems/issues before they occur. Proactive problem solver.
-Proactive with responding to requests.
-Updates product group collateral status reports via APRIMO software system.
-Runs weekly product group status meetings.
-Creates and update production schedules.
-Handles ad hoc project requests (i.e. responsible for certain projects from inception to delivery).
-Able to meet deadlines.
-Presents quarterly collateral print budgets to product groups.
-Posts PDFs to PSM.
-Delivers bluelines to editors and designers.
-Files and maintains collateral samples in the Creative Resources Groups community drawers (Gallery Area).
-Coordinates delivered samples for department management.

-Good client relationship skills (able to deal with many personality types).
