Description:

As a Regional Marketing Director you will strategically implement marketing programs within an assigned region. You will be responsible for supporting operations managers in developing unit-specific programs and strategies that improve market penetration and increase participation. As a senior leader in the Regional team you will be responsible for driving changes that result in profitable base business growth for the Region and for our clients. The ability to effectively create and communicate marketing principles, strategies and field tactics is essential.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Marketing or related fields is required (Master's Degree is preferred.) Candidates must have a minimum of five years of relevant field marketing experience in the hospitality or related industry. Strong communication skills required (both oral and written.) Effective sales and presentation skills are also required. Contract-managed service experience is desirable. This position requires 60% travel.
