Regional Director of Marketing - East, Florida & Latin

As a member of the professional staff, contributes a high level of specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Resources, Operations Planning & Support, Sales & Marketing) area to support department and/or function objectives. Generally works with considerable independence, developing operating plans and related operational processes for own department in alignment with broader business objectives. Specific Job Summary Responsible for Central and South America (Latin) call center management, marketing support in these countries, and marketing to Latin's in the US.

Manages larger business processes and/or projects, setting priorities and measurable objectives, monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results. C. Presents alternative solutions to business issues by leveraging the broader organization. D. Responsible for own work and contributing to team, department and/or business results. May direct work of non-management staff. Typically influences work of cross-functional or extended teams. E. Assists more senior associates in achieving business results by: a. acting in a consultative fashion to implement programs impacting the broader organization. b. assisting in the development and communication of broader organizational goals. c. achieving results against budget within scope of responsibility. d. taking calculated risks to move the department or team forward. e. developing and using systems to organize and keep track of information. f. balancing the interests of own group with the interests of the organization. g. working with others to identify and remove barriers to success. F. Readily critiques own behavior to acknowledge mistakes and improve future leadership performance and acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge. G. Performs other duties as appropriate.
Specific Expected Contributions A. Implementing marketing programs to support Latin call center package production B. Working with databases to ensure proper lead flow to the Latin call centers C. Provide reports on call center operation efficiency D. Maintain awareness of respective country legal restrictions and requirements to insure conformance E. Point person for coordination of campaign planning, must bring alignment between call center capacity, site tour requests and market management. F. Coordinate mail drops with Call Center capacity. G. Effectively match Call Center capacity with site tour demand. H. Ensure tour quality and customer contact points are acceptable to sites. I. Provide lead management projections based on site/call center budgets, database development, market management, monitoring, inventory usage and program performance analysis. J. Maintain oral and written communications with Project Director, Directors of Marketing at respective sites and call centers. K. Management of direct marketing and marketing overhead expenses to budgeted coast per sale guidelines. L. Quantify and track marketing programs performance. M. Create Marketing Plan for Hispanics in the US N. Ensure timely and high quality activation process occurs that ensures site tour requests are met. O. Effectively generate referral leads from Owner group and other owner referral lead sources. P. Provide variety of lead sources for Telesales.

CLS Generic Candidate Profile Successful candidates should possess knowledge and experience and demonstrate strong leadership and relationship skills as follows: Generally a professional position requiring significant knowledge and experience in one or more disciplines and/or business operations as well as associate and/or organizational management experience. College degree and/or relevant experience generally required.
Specific Candidate Profile A. Minimum of three (3) years experience in timeshare marketing/telemarketing management. B. Three (3) years timeshare experience. C. College degree preferred D.
