Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive

We need a heavy hitter who can knock it out of the park! We need a hands-on person to step in to the game and take over some of our top real estate accounts on The Idaho Statesman’s Real Estate team. This impact player is organized and an effective planner. The person knows how to prospect and is able to negotiate win-win solutions for our fans. We want a player that thrives on the competition and we will reward him or her with a competitive base salary, plus commission. ·Prospecting - Seeks out and uncovers new and exciting sales opportunities.
·Organization and Planning - Creates strategies for reaching key account goals on a consistent basis
·Impact – Creates compelling sales presentations
·Attitude - We want a person that has a good attitude, is confident and professional
·Decision Making-Do you take a pitch or take a swing on a 3 and 0 count? It’s all about considering the risk and potential payoffs of the situation when making decisions. Initiative- Are you self-motivated? Do you follow through on your swing? Do you go above and beyond?
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for our lineup, here is what it takes: Three years sales experience with demonstrated hits. College degree a plus. Strong communicator as mentioned above, good presenter and a passion to win. The Idaho Statesman team offers our players the following:
