For all area real estate branches, manage the development, production and implementation of real estate marketing strategies, community relations, and P/R efforts associated with the company’s brand awareness, marketing and revenue objectives. Works closely with the Managing Broker, Regional and Corporate Marketing leaders, graphics team as well as appointed agencies and vendors to produce impactful marketing materials.- Manage the development and execution of all locally funded real estate advertising, promotional marketing, and sales initiatives and campaigns to meet marketing and sales objectives and maximize revenue opportunities. Liaise with Regional Director of Marketing on regional and national support campaigns and initiatives. Must be capable of overseeing advertising, promotions, collateral development, direct mail, P/R and community relations.
-Manage the proper administration of assigned project budgets for marketing and P/R. Assist with the development of annual marketing plans to achieve both short and long term revenue objectives along with marketing and brand positioning. Involves SWOT, segmentation, channel, local competitive and trend analyses and strategic recommendations. May require pricing and communication strategy input. May require creation of several project marketing or joint LOC marketing plans in a year as marketing and sales plans are adjusted in light of market circumstances.
Assists with the writing of creative and effective copy that supports the Brand objectives to appear in area real estate advertising, collateral, internet pages, displays and publications. Creates, implements and promotes attractive local real estate media advertising packages. Requires liaison with Associates, rental management, Regional and Corporate entities and marketing vendors to create, price and market these packages.
- Conducts periodic evaluations of projects, packages, target audiences, available data and tracking reports, marketing and sales initiatives to determine success rate, profitability, and viability of efforts. Submits regular progress reports to Managing Broker, Regional and Corporate Marketing, submitting recommendations for refinement, enhancements, revisions, or deletions to drive future planning and strategies.
- Gathers data from Associates for regularly published display advertising of company listings in local media. Ensures compliance with trade association, state and federal regulations regarding advertising. Assists in developing personal promotion marketing produced and funded by the Associates. Ensures that all advertising and promotional material generated by Associates comply with company branding and marketing guidelines.
- Utilizes available tools and resources to communicate with the area real estate team, Regional and Corporate to ensure they are informed of current and future programs. Represents ResortQuest in a professional manner at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
BS or BA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, P/R or a like discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in consumer advertising and promotion planning and implementation, preferably with an advertising agency, real estate or hospitality based company.
Working knowledge of MS Office required, including presentation and graphics skills required. Must have excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
