In this role, the candidate will support brokers and carriers, promote and prospect new clients; support new add-on products to existing products; maintain a database of sales contacts and client information; and continually educate and increase knowledge of the business.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have:
-4 year degree from college/university
-3-5 years outside sales experience
-Human Resources backround
-Have a knowledge of Health benefits and insurance carriers
-Self motivation ,network, self promote, organize, computer skills
