Proposal Manager

We are committed to making a difference in these critical areas by providing technical services that solve such global challenges.Guide capture efforts and proposal teams in the planning, development and completion of assigned capture efforts, including development of capture plans, proposal outlines, schedules, assignments, graphics and themes. Individual will participate in the development and implementation of capture strategies and proposal process, structure and format, win strategies, competitive analysis, compliance matrices, and oral presentations. Individual will guide the proposal team and participate (when necessary) in actual writing/preparation of selected written portions, to ensure that proposal content, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Incumbent will also coordinate, assemble, check and schedule administrative functions in support of the production of assigned proposals, including partnering with graphics personnel. Must be able to coordinate a winning presentation, develop/write marketing brochures and related collateral materials, and support various corporate

REQUIREMENTS
5-10 years of proposal management experience in government and commercial contractor environment. A proven track record is required in federal procurement and proposal development processes. Strong analytical, writing and editing skills are required, as this is a â?ohands-onâ?� position. Must be able to thrive in and enjoy a fast paced work environment. Proficiency in MS office, flexibility and willingness to work extended when necessary. Prior program/project management and environmental, infrastructure, IT or other experience in applicable areas related to Tetra Tech core business is a plus.
Knowledge of techniques and methods of planning, organizing and writing various types of proposals and marketing-related materials. Knowledge of technical writing methods and procedures. Knowledge of graphics design methods, techniques, and equipment preferred. Knowledge of government contracts and RFPs preferred. Skill in technical report writing, presentation and document formatting techniques. Skill in computer use and related equipment in a stand alone or local area network environment. Must have skills to research, compose, review, illustrate, and edit technical documents, materials, and reports.
