Project Manager – High Visibility within a leading organization

Our client is a leading, innovative manufacturer in the building materials industry. They are looking for an energetic, confident, and business minded Project Manager to support their Product Development Center. This person will play a key role in the organization’s success to develop products on time. The ideal person for this role has a dynamic personality and enjoys the outdoor life and the beauty of West Virginia.

Responsibilities:

•Develop performance plan for the product development center – set goals, objectives, resources
•Manage the Stage Gate Process and make improvements and modifications when necessary
•Organize and facilitate monthly Stage Gate meetings
•Communicate with cross functional teams each stage of the product development process
•Oversee project management and process execution
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements

•BA Degree
•3-5 years experience in project teams
•3-5 years in a manufacturing environment
•Ability to lead groups and give presentations
•Ability to multi-task – handle 3+ projects at one time
•Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent
