Product Marketing Manager

Support and assist the Product Manager to develop product plans (including attachments), marketing plans, pricing and competitive strategies that achieve company sales and profit targets. Work with the product manager to establish introductory strategies for products, attachments, pricing and advertising. Assist with market surveys and gather market intelligence. Use the product marketing message to develop training materials. Administers the new product and options introduction process with the product manager. Acts as the sales support help desk for distributors. Assists Product Manager and Marketing Director to establish marketing, action plans, and the achievement of the action plan.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in business related field, technical education, engineering or marketing. Minimum two years experience with a construction equipment manufacturer(s) in a similar sales, service or marketing capacity. Working knowledge of construction or agricultural equipment sales, product support, engineering and/or product marketing functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Proficient in personal computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and e-mail. Patience, persistence and problem solving skills are very important. Accuracy and attention to detail are required.
