Product Managers

The Trane Company has immediate openings for two Product Manager positions at its Clarksville, TN facility, in the capacity of Variable Air Volume Product Manager and Ductless Product manager.

Variable Air Volume Product Manager:

Overall Responsibility is to manage and meet order, market share, and profit goals for assigned Variable Air Volume product lines.

Ductless Product Manager:

Responsible to develop and maintain PTAC, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF), mini-split, and multi-split product solutions for Trane to sell in the marketplace.

Successful applicants should possess a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering, Marketing, or Business with at least 4 years of HVAC product marketing, including significant customer interface. Both Product Managers must have excellent product and technical knowledge, as well as interpersonal skills to manage daily field support. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing price administration process, including recommendations and analysis, administer product announcements and changes, provide monthly financial forecasting, maintain a good understanding of major competitive product lines, monitor sales office performance, create product line marketing strategies, and be responsible for sales tools to optimize price/volume/share.
