Product Manager - Adhesives

Leads marketing and product management activities within the Adhesives Business to rapidly grow business revenues and profits.

Manages existing product portfolio to optimize customer responsiveness versus operational efficiencies.

Directs the development of new market opportunities and oversees the commercialization of new product lines.

Maximizes long term P&L through appropriate management of adhesives product pricing.

Contributes to the development and implementation of strategic business plans and the annual business plan.

Monitors market conditions, competitive pricing and general economic conditions in support of business decisions and long term planning.
REQUIREMENTS
Highly commercially-oriented, budget conscious, good on pricing, margins and overall profit improvement.

Must successfully manage change and continuous improvement programs.

Excellent track record in the achievement of organic growth in sales and profits, based particularly on value based selling.

Strategic thinking skills, demonstrating capability and experience of generating and implementing medium to long term business plans.

Experience with value-based product (not cost).

Strong analytical skills and a technical know-how.
