Position Title: Product Management Director

Job Summary:
Act as a leader, influencer, and strategic catalyst for enterprise-wide initiatives leading to organizational, process, and technology improvements. Accelerate and drive the execution of enterprise-wide solution architecture that integrates enterprise strategic visions and initiatives with BU/SSU objectives. Manage the ZNA center of excellence for Business Architecture and Project Management.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent

8 or more years of related experience.

1. CPCU and other related insurance designations preferred.
2. Proficient in using computer based tools.
3. In-depth knowledge of tools, concepts, methodologies and techniques of business process reengineering, change management. Performance metrics and measures, customer assessment, cost/benefit analysis, benchmarking, process mapping/simulations, data collection, problem identification.4. Extensive broad-based knowledge of insurance industry including detailed knowledge of insurance business processes.
5. 'Hands-on' management experience at multiple levels in insurance industry.
6. Knowledge of existing and emerging technologies and how those technologies can be used to improve insurance business processes.
7. Enterprise-wide project management experience.
8. Broad-based knowledge of organizational design and development.
9. People Management responsibilities.
