As an Oncology Product Manager II /Sr. Product Manager, you will interact with sales management, CR& D, regulatory, medical, legal, as well as outside agencies, to develop and implement strategic and tactical elements of the marketing plan to prepare for the launch of TORISEL?. You will work with management and outside agencies to ensure compliance with brand strategy, timelines, and outlined budgets. Your duties will include analyzing and interpreting market activities, issues, and opportunities that may potentially impact or enhance the brand development. In addition, you will be assisting with POA development and preparing presentation documents and written reports on current brand performance, future strategy, and tactical implementation.A Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business/Business Management or life sciences. In addition to a Bachelor's degree, the preferred candidate will have 5 - 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, plus a minimum of 3 - 5 years sales/marketing experience. Oncology sales and/or marketing experience is preferred. An MBA or other advanced degree is desirable but is not required. Additional courses in, or a background in Marketing is preferred. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be knowledgeable in financial management/systems and ad agency operations. Level will be commensurate with the amount of experience.
