Stephen James Associates (www.stephenjames.com), a member of the Allegis Group Network (www.allegisgroup.com), is looking for an experienced and talented Practice Director to join their team in Needham, MA.
Opportunity to join and build a new division of one of the strongest national recruiting firms in the business. This individual will be responsible for building the Sales/Marketing recruitment division, including marketing, business development, sourcing, screening and selecting talent for our local and national clients.
Ideal Profiles:
- Professional experience in fast paced sales/marketing environment.
- Professional experience recruiting and placing sales/marketing professionals.
- Business Development experience marketing service related offering.
- A BA/BS Degree in Business related field is strongly preferred.
