Payroll Manager

Kearney Boyle & Associates, Inc. has been requested by its client, a premier advertising agency, to conduct a search for a Payroll/Overhead Manager. The main responsibilities of the position are to perform the human resource functions of payroll and benefits, process payables and cash disbursements, conduct staff orientations and terminations, oversee benefits and retirement plans, perform annual employee evaluations, maintain databases, and other related functions as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational skills
Stable work history
Minimum 5 years experience in payroll and human resources
Experience managing databases
