Job Description
We want dedicated, energetic and driven people to promote the entire NAPA line of products and services to increase market penetration.Experienced sales professional with automotive aftermarket knowledge. Outside sales and automotive expertise are a plus.The NAPA Spirit is one reason more people chose NAPA than any other parts. NAPA has the most and the best sales programs to offer automotive wholesale customers.NAPA is looking for friendly, courteous, ambitious go-getters to service our wholesale customers and help us find new customers.Primary Job Function: Responsible for promoting the entire NAPA line of products and programs in addition to selling the store's services, in an effort to increase sales as well as increase market penetration through new and existing accounts. Represents primary communication link between assigned accounts and the store. Should fully implement and support NAPA and store initiated programs and follow store policies and procedures.As a local sales person you will be responsible for calling on & supporting new and existing customers.You will be promoting the entire NAPA line of products and store services to increase market penetration.Individual will be required to perform educational seminars, clinics and presentations on NAPA product lines and services.Individual will have knowledge of AutoCare and National Accounts programs, and utilize factory representatives when needed.Compensation initially will be guaranteed for a period of time to develop new customer base and market share. Initial compensation will be based on experience and upon completion of the guarantee period, pay will be 100% commission.
REQUIREMENTS
Job SkillsExperienced sales professional with automotive aftermarket knowledge with outside sales and automotive experience are a plus.Must be able to perform in a quota driven environment
.Excellent at prospecting and cold calling skills while maintaining current customers and business needs.Must have a valid drivers license and provide own transportation.Great communication and listening skills and a professional appearance is a MUST.Must be willing to attend weekly sales meetings supporting a team environment, while striving to be the top performer and driving business for a retail store.Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.Must be willing to assist in collecting on past-due accounts if needed.Must possess a willingness and ability to learn, with great problem solving skills.Positive, enthusiastic role model who has personal drive is a MUST!Must be willing to perform other tasks as assigned.Our benefits include:Competitive wages
