RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outside Sales Representative (Colorado Springs)Trader Publishing Company ( www.traderonline.com ),
the photo guide/classified publication industry leader in
the US, seeks a successful individual to manage
and further develop our automotive advertising business.
This challenging opportunity is for self- starters with
excellent written and oral communication skills and
the ability to build new and maintain current relationships.Duties :
Prospecting and closing new business using a
consultative sales method, offering local
businesses print and online advertising
solutions.Planning :
Develop an understanding of customer needs
within the assigned industry segment.
Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales
plans.Selling:
Prospect & close new business.
Develop and present advertising recommendations
based on customer needs.
Develop and maintain long-term customer
relationships through effective customer
service.
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up.
Consistently attain revenue goals.Developing:
Participate in sales meetings.
Jointly develop and implement a
training/personal development program to
enhance sales skills.
Participate in sales coaching sessions with the
Sales Manager.As professional high achievers, our successful
Outside Sales Representatives are competitive,
proactive, self-motivated, and excellent
listeners, speakers and written
communicators. .REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of sales
experience, be highly disciplined and have an
exceptionally strong work ethic. Automotive
experience is a strong plus.! Additionally, they
will enjoy a team environment and the desire to
exceed revenue goals.
We prefer a BA/BS, or equivalent experience. We
want ambitious, driven individuals with strong
business development skills/ideas.
Must consistently have a positive attitude
toward providing excellent service and support
to customers, co-workers, and field support
personnel.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Planning and time management organization
skills.
Computer literacy and knowledge of computer
