Online Marketing Officer
Works within the Development Marketing Department to accomplish the following: Assist the Assistant Director, Online Marketing, the entire Division, and each business unit in developing online marketing strategies to help reach and exceed fundraising, participation, and philanthropic goals. Develop web graphics and Flash presentations for online and e-mail-based marketing initiatives. Track web statistics and trends. Assist in the development and production of three monthly e-newsletters, working collaboratively with the Assistant Director, Online Marketing and Marketing Coordinators/Writers. Develop e-mail marketing campaigns and strategies for 12 different business units, as appropriate. Assist the division/in-house web monitor on upholding graphic and web-content standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree and development experience required. Experience with front-end web development, email campaigns, HTML, Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver are required. Experience with or knowledge of online CRM software (Kintera or Convio) is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide quality service to multiple development and program offices are necessary.
