New Account Liaison / Client Account Manager-

MaxMed Technologies is seeking dynamic individual to fill a New Account Liaison / Client Account Manager position responsible for managing the end-of-sale process for client installations, trainings and ongoing proactive account management of all new accounts as well build strong relationships to existing accounts to help drive volume and increase sales of product lines.MaxMed Technologies is a 5-year young medical device company selling diagnostic and prescription medical equipment specializing in orthotics, gait analysis, and pressure measurements to the Podiatry – Orthopedic – Physical Therapy and Chiropractic marketsThe New Account Liaison / Client Account Manger position requires a dynamic individual who possesses extremely strong project management and follow-up skills coupled with very strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
As the New Client Liaison your main responsibilities are to manage the relationships with MaxMed Technologies clients after the final sales contracts and paper work have been submitted. All aspects of the successful new client installation are the responsibility of this position where you will coordinate equipment requisitioning and shipment, manage installation timelines, oversee account set up, configuration, and testing and conduct an online training of the system with the client to be sure all the client needs are met from the start of the relationship with our company.As the Client Account Manager your responsibilities are to call on existing clients and build strong and lasting relationships that allow you to introduce new products, trouble shoot low volume accounts, execute marketing and sales initiatives via phone, fax and other mediums to drive volume and increase sales.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for this position must have and will be required to demonstrate that they possess the follow skills:Organizational Intuition and the ability to keep highly detailed notes and information on a multitude of projects over many accounts with precision and accuracy-Tenacious follow up skills to insure all the details related to account management and new installations are handled timely and professionally-Excellent communication skills – Give good phone! Help resolve any client issues and be the voice to help clients as they transitioning their business into our company and keep them happy during the client’s ongoing relationship with the company.Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree – or master’s degree at an accredited university and preferably five plus years in a sales support or customer service environment. Ability to cope with changing priorities and daily deadlines; familiarity with Windows XP Microsoft Office Applications –Outlook and similar web based software required.
Combined base salary and bonus commission package based on experience of $40- $60K. Stock option incentives- 2-Weeks Company paid vacation- paid holidays – health benefits – and other benefits.
