NURSE HOME CARE MARKETING (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)

Accredited Nursing Care -- one of Southern California's fastest growing home care agencies -- has TWO IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for career-minded, enthusiastic, self-motivated Nurses to identify, develop and foster relationships with extended care referral sources (physician's groups, hospital discharge planners, social service organizations, etc).

We have TWO open positions; one each for the following territories:
San Fernando Valley
San Gabriel Valley

We need effective communicators, expert clinicians and motivated self-starters, with 2+ years home care, healthcare or hospice experience and established contacts throughout the assigned territory.

We're looking for dynamic nurses to increase the frequency of extended/custodial care care leads from existing contacts while introducing our agency's award-winning services to new referral sources on an ongoing basis. Cross-promotion and education about our growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) division will also be a component of this position.

While the vast majority of time will be spent in the field calling on referral sources, these position will be based at Accredited Nursing Care branch offices in Woodland Hills (San Fernando Valley) and Pasadena (San Gabriel Valley), respectively.

Call summaries are completed and submitted electronically on a regular and ongoing basis; PC literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook; ACT!) is a must!

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience in a home care, healthcare or hospice environment

PC literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook; ACT! software)

RN or LVN Nurse License (state of California)
