The primary objective of the Multicultural Marketing Manager is to develop regional customer acquisition, development and retention marketing programs directed to multiple ethnic cultures, including Hispanic, Portuguese, Brazilian, Russian, Chinese, Italian, and South Asian, as well as other targeted consumer segments. In addition, this individual will ensure Comcast is employing the appropriate messages and correct language to the intended cultural segment, explore public relations and grassroots tactics to influence cultures normally non-responsive to marketing tactics, understand the unique attributes of individual ethnic groups at a community level to better inform area marketing investment, develop relationships with programmers to extract value and support, and actively engage other ethnic marketing partners across Comcast to share best practices and creative development.Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.Qualifications
Five or more years business-to-consumer marketing management experience is required. Professional experience marketing to the Hispanic consumer market or other ethnic cultures is also required. Experience in direct response is a plus. Proven ability to effectively partner and build consensus across functional areas. Highly effective project management skills; ability to execute a project from start to finish. Demonstrated leadership or involvement in ethnic or community organizations highly preferred.
