Motif Trafficking Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
As a member of the Motif Client Services team, this position is responsible for campaign trafficking and tracking issues to support the Motif product line. At times you may also assist with gathering site specifications, quality assurance, troubleshooting reporting discrepancies – or other types of problems that can arise during the life cycle of a Motif campaign. Variously you may interact with Publishers, Agencies, Motif Sales, Motif Production Services, as well as the Motif Campaign Management team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Be responsible for trafficking process for Motif rich media
•Be the primary point-of-contact within the Motif team for Publishers. Providing prompt, professional support and service on DART Rich Media, responding to Motif trafficking questions or problems
•Work with Motif Campaign Managers and Production Services to resolve trafficking issues
•Follow up on under-delivering campaigns
•Issue test tags to prospective publishers in the hope that they will certify Klipmart as a rich media vendor that can serve on their sites
•Provide regular status to both internal and external organizations
•Provide confirmation reports for each campaign you traffic
•Actively track and manage client interactions by logging all customer contacts in DoubleClick’s tracking systems
•Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
•Support and develop meaningful relationships with adjacent regions and business units and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Account Management, Support, Sales, Engineering, Product Management)
•Acquire and maintain knowledge relevant to the job including DoubleClick product offerings, current policies and procedures and methods of service delivery, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers. Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge/expertise to exceed client expectations
•Maximize DoubleClick Rich Media (Motif) revenue by ensuring high adoption/usage of strong and consistent processes within the Motif Services team. This will require in-depth and on-going knowledge of Agency campaign activity and high coordination with the Sales personnel who own the Agency relationships.
•Initiate and participate in internal Knowledge Share programs as they relate to online advertising products: Deliver two knowledge share sessions each year
•Optionally – as work load varies, you may be asked to assist Motif Campaign Managers to:
oGather Pub site specifications
oTroubleshoot Motif reporting discrepancies
oQA rich media creatives
•Some travel will be required for this position

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
HTML, DHTML, Flash (version 4 – MX2004), Javascript, VB, OS (98, 2000, XP, NT), UNIX/Linux, internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, Security), web servers (awareness), browsers, OS scripting, SQL/understanding of, Excel, Oracle, SQL Server.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
•1 + year(s) of experience with DART for Advertisers is desired
•Working understanding of DoubleClick’s Motif product is desired
•1+ year(s) in Online Advertising, Media Planning or Marketing role is desired
•Agency/Production experience preferred
