Location: Waltham, MAGeneral Summary:As the Building Solutions Marketing Manager you will join a team of product marketing managers focused on our five specific market segments, taking responsibility for programs which extend across those segments. You will be managing key aspects of marketing operations such as planning, budgeting, and market intelligence, and developing and implementing special projects in partner co-marketing and specialized vertical markets. You will collaborate closely with geo and corporate marketing teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions. This role requires between 25% and 50% worldwide travel, depending on the time of year.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Planning, coordination, and tracking of marketing budget across business lines and other marketing initiatives
Management of consultants executing specific product marketing tasks and coordination of consultant contracts
Project management of product launch activities and deliverables with product marketing team, corporate marketing, and operations projects such as acquisition integration and strategic partner co-marketingRequirements/Desired Knowledge/Skills:4 year degree in Business, or Marketing; or equivalent experience
Excellent writing skills, editing skills, and command of spelling, grammar and syntax rules
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and time management skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
Understanding of marketing research and demographics analysis techniques
PC and various software applicationsWork Experience:3+ years corporate or product marketing experience
