Are you what we're looking for?

Our Department and Area Managers have overall responsibility for the organization, presentations, and recovery of their area(s). The effective development and direction of the associates is paramount to their success. Accurate communications with the Store's Management team and the buying staff as to needs, overstocks, potential markdown items is essential. The ideal candidate will have some supervisory experience, and be self motivated. They must also enjoy a challenge and be able to train and direct a small staff. They should also be expereinced with merchandising clothing, either in a "big-box" or small specialty retail envoriment.
