Marketing Systems Manager

Hours/Schedule: 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM Description: Manages development, deployment, and distribution of marketing communications through the Marketing Encylcopedia. Responsible for the overall architecture of content housed in the system ensuring accessibility, relevance and logical system structure. Works with colleagues to continually update and maintain the system content structure. Publishes all materials to the ME using the Proscape platform. Manages and publishes all Marketing-controlled content on wilmingtontrust.com and Wilmington Trust On-Line Banking utilizing the Interwoven Content Management System. Creates and maintains Personalization rules for wilmingtontrust.com utilizing the ATG Dynamo platform. Serves as System Administrator for the Affinium Marketing Resource Management system, designing and implementing various templates, coordinating user adoption issues, access and training issues/needs. Serves as primary point of contact with system vendor, Unica. Marketing liaison for Information Technology to manage project requirements, testing, design, and production implementation for wilmingtontrust.com. Manages staff team including goal setting, evaluation, and HR issues. Coordinates management issues with other team leaders and participates as member of division management team. Serves as System Administrator for company-wide email template system, including creation of new templates and maintaining image repository. Oversees Interwoven TeamSite Content Management System as System Administrator, which includes assisting in system updates.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science or equivalent training and/or experience. Completion of Webmaster's Certificate course is highly desirable. Three years experience with content management systems and internet technologies.Proficient in the use of personal computers and the Micosoft Office suite of software. Working knowledge of the Macintosh platform preferred. Additional software skills:Fluency in HTML and JavaScript. Some knowledge of PERL and XML. Familiarly with the following software programs: Macromedia Dreaweaver, Microsoft Office, Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of ATG Dynamo Personalization Engine. Knowledge of Interwoven TeamSite and Open Delpoy Content Management System. Knowledge of Proscape Encyclopedia System. Knowledge of WebTrends Traffic Analysis Program..Incumbent must have excellent organizational and time management skills. The ability to work as a team player or an individual as circumstances dictate. Project management skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and decision making skills. Technical understanding of the Internet and web browsers. Technical understanding of Internet Search Engines. The ability to keep up in a fast paced, quickly changing environment. This ability to prioritize tasks, based on resources at hand, as well as regulatory requirements. Leads teams by providing coaching, feedback and reinforcement. Effectively manages multiple projects and activities providing regular and sufficient communications to team members and management staff.
