Marketing Services Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Services Manager is responsible for the planning, development, production and distribution of printed and on-line marketing communications material that supports the various organizations within the Lifeline business unit. This position will act as the main point of contact or as the Account Executive for developing all marketing programs. The Marketing Services Manager manages the creative, design, and production processes for Lifeline in a manner that ensures high impact, excellence and consistency across the organization. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the management and prioritization of all projects being worked on within the Marketing Services team.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESActs as the main point of contact for the various Business Managers to develop and execute marketing communications programs in support of Lifeline’s overall business goals.Understands communication objectives and strategies to drive the creative development, production and delivery of tactics to achieve program objectives.
Works with the Business Managers to develop creative briefs and strategy documents that will ensure successful outcomes.Manages internal client and vendor relationships (i.e. copy writers and creative agencies) throughout projects and orchestrate collaboration and communication among all parties involved.Works with the Business Managers to establish timelines and budgets for all projects.
Acts as a key copy writing/editing resource for the Healthcare Marketing team.Establishes and implements process for initiating new projects.Develops and maintains overall project management tool, providing weekly status reports.Maximizes relationships with existing partners/vendors and develop new relationships with partner/vendors to ensure best practices and efficiencies.Develops and implements a system to measure effectiveness of marketing communications programs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ExperienceB.S. in Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of marketing experience working within and managing a creative and production environmentThorough knowledge of all processes related to the development and production of communication materials and experience managing communication projects of all media typesExperience working with and managing outside agenciesExperience working with a sales organization and/or other internal clients to successfully implement marketing strategy.
