The benefits of working at Capital include interesting work, exceptional colleagues, a comfortable workplace, competitive salaries and bonuses, and health and life benefits from day one.The associate in this position will be a member of a marketing research team and will be responsible for marketing research analysis and report writing, as well as database projects. Specific responsibilities include summarizing research reports produced in-house and by consultants, utilizing survey and statistical software in performing analysis and conducting competitive research using various database programs.Qualifications

At least two years of analytical work experience

Experience analyzing research and writing/summarizing research or similar reports

Prior marketing research experience and training in statistics and survey research methodology desirable

The ideal candidate should have strong analytic skills, good communication and project management skills and be able to work in a highly collaborative environment

Expertise using SPSS or SAS desirable

Formal training and/or coursework in marketing research, statistical analysis or related subjects is required

An advanced degree in the social sciences, statistics or business and knowledge of financial services and the mutual fund business are pluses but not required

Experience with database development and maintenance, marketing to and through intermediaries are also beneficialWe offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment and a premier benefits package that includes:
