Position Title: Marketing Project Manger, Sr.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting E-Marketing Group of H&R Block Mortgage’s Direct (B2C) Sales Division. Individuals will identify and excute on various projects that will effect various business units across organization. Person will also identify and pursue new online opportunities that support the overall B2C e-solutions business strategy and specifically pertain to the assigned track.
•Work with development to establish track goals, identify bottlenecks and resolutions necessary to meet or exceed these goals
•Defines project scope, develops project plans & deliverables, detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
•Responsible for projects which carry across multiple business unit or divisional lines.
•Collaborates with cross-functional teams and business unit leadership in developing project objectives and timelines.
•Ensures completion of detailed schedules from initiation to delivery and informs management of any deviations.
•Works with marketing to ensure branding, look and feel of sites are consistent with Company and Parent Brand
•Collaborate with development team to define product requirements (features & functionality), production timelines, and testing procedures to ensure smooth and timely introduction of product version releases.
•Initiate and lead weekly track meetings; distribute meeting notes.
•Establish strong working relationships with related internal groups including IT, Marketing, Production, Legal, Training, Corporate Communications, H&R Block Tax, Customer Support
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Related Field Required.
•Three years product management and/or consumer marketing experience, or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.
•Two years Internet product/marketing experience.
•Previous Retail/Wholesale Mortgage Experience required. Will consider candidates from various facets of mortgage industry, prefer individuals with Retail Mortgage Marketing experience with a large lender.
•2+ years of project management experince either as a Project Manager or combined experience coupled with various other responsibilities.
