Marketing Project Manager

Short Description: Work in a cross-functional capacity and provide project management support for online display (banner) advertising.Responsibilities and Principal Duties: Management of assigned projects to ensure project objectives are met. Identify and communicate project goals, identify and gain cooperation from necessary stake holders, identify and coordinate acquisition of necessary resources, create and communicate schedules, and provide detailed tracking and status of project progress, issues, risks, etc. Provide clear direction to team in order to flawlessly execute given tasks. Develop and grows key relationships with advertising partners. Maintain success and profitability of projects by working within timelines and budgets. Review all projects for accuracy, relevance, and strategic direction. Responsible for communication of all aspects of project status. Advertising Program Management. Attend partner meetings and track deliverables. Update campaign timelines/milestones for all display marketing projects using Quickbase. Assist in organizing mid and post season advertising partner review meetings.Generate purchase orders for expenses and track invoices against forecasted budget Advertising Creative – banners and landing pages. Review creative files to ensure objectives have been met and no errors exist. Manage production schedules between the agency and other cross functional groups. Submit banner and landing page creative to legal for review. Spot check creative on publishers to spot check for errors in creative and tracking URLs Tracking/reporting. Q/A weekly campaign performance reports. Generate cross tab analytics using competitive data sets from different sources. Conduct creative weekly banner creative analysis for each CTG product group.This position requires moderate partner communication and strict adherence to project objectives and timelines. Work collaboratively with other internal departments to ensure adequate resources for each given project. Must have ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects efficiently in a team environment.


Requirements:

Excellent writing and editing skills.Required Expert: Strong verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.Required Experience: Level 2-4 years. Highly desired 2 Years. Most candidates do not have any online advertising experience. Not deal breaker & worst case scenario manager could train on aspects of online advertising quickly, but HUGE value more candidates with 1-2 years of online advertising experience and 4-6 year of marketing experience overall.
