Marketing Program Manager 2

Customer Management Marketing is responsible for generating value from the Wells Fargo Home Equity customer portfolio, including both growing the portfolio's value through stimulation of line of credit usage and cross-sell, and preventing customer attrition through proactive and reactive retention efforts. Wells Fargo Home Equity has recently begun implementing a Customer Management strategy which assigns customers to segments and then targets them with customized offers and servicing.The Manager - Home Equity Customer Relationship Management will be responsible for leading several key initiatives which are critical to fully realizing our new Customer Management Strategy. This position will lead these initiatives from inception to implementation, including:
Identifying and championing a companywide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including leveraging existing technology to provide near-term CRM solutions and recommending a comprehensive long-term systematic CRM approach

Leading Customer Management initiatives with key internal business Partners such as working with Wells Fargo Home to design marketing programs for joint Home Equity and Mortgage customers

Developing Customer Management strategies for New Market Segments, such as Home Equity customers whose accounts we service as part of our Capital Markets strategyResponsibilities for all of these initiatives will include: sizing the opportunities, identifying capability gaps and related technology requirements, and developing business cases, managing work plans against short and long term deliverables. In addition, this position may also directly manage some marketing campaigns in support of these initiatives, including direct mail and Internet marketing efforts and would be responsible for the associated financial deliverables.This position will report to the SVP, Customer Management and will work closely with the VP, Customer Management Marketing. In addition to the CM Marketing team, key partnerships for this position include: Marketing Customer Information Management, Customer Management Servicing and Customer Care, Technology Project Management Office, Enterprise Marketing, CCG Marketing Strategy, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Marketing.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:-Minimum 10 years marketing experience with demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management systems and applications (required).

Strong strategic thinker with hands-on experience using analytics to drive creative problem-solving

Strong process orientation with ability to rapidly assess organizational capabilities and leverage them across departments

Seasoned marketer with proven track record in Financial Services or related industry; experience managing direct mail and online campaigns a plus.

Familiarity with Wells Fargo Marketing and Servicing systems a plus (IDS, Hemisphere, etc.)

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build partnerships and influence colleagues within Marketing team and across the organization

Self-starter with proven ability to accomplish deliverables on time while identifying additional opportunities

Bachelors degree required
