This highly visible growth area of our business is looking for a proven innovative marketer with a successful track record in developing effective financial services campaigns. This is a recently created position that will lead efforts in developing and managing a new strategic direction for the Balance Transfer business. We are looking for fresh and creative thinkers that can recognize distinctive, breakthrough offerings in this competitive industry.
This role will coordinate with Analytics, Finance, and Risk to identify key balance transfer targeted growth segments. You will also conduct research to determine requirements and barriers to obtaining balances from these segments. Additional responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams to develop strategies using Trade Line Data and leading efforts to implement new systems functionality to support strategic actions. Advise on creative development managing internal and external agency resources.As a lead member of the Balance Transfer team the Marketing Manager will collaborate with others in our group on offer development and creative testing focused at key growth segments. This new position will offer the opportunity to redesign and rebuild and existing core business function from the ground up, while still serving as an integral player in meeting overall Balance Transfer goals.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience in consumer-focused fully integrated strategic marketing programs will be critical in this role. Direct Response expertise is a must as we utilize targeted direct marketing programs extensively. Qualified candidates for this position should be proven strategic thinkers with solid background working with analytics and budgetary management. Ability to efficiently communicate throughout a dynamic cross-functional organization is critical to success in this role.In addition, this Manager should also have previous project management experience and be able to multi-task in an independent environment. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. We are looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or consumer marketing including management experience.DESIRED SKILLS:
