Marketing Manager to establish markets for our IP products

Arasan Chip Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of Intellectual Property (IP) Products and associated Design Services to semiconductor companies Worldwide. We have quadrupled our business in the last 3 years and are looking for a marketing manager to fuel this growth. This position involves the following tasks:

1. Execute on current marketing plans and

2. Generate sales leads

3. Develop marketing strategies for our IP products with focus on online marketing

4. Marketing communications- Press Releases, Brochures, Website management, advertising etc.

5. Establish strategic alliances

6. Help drive current projects

7. Product launches and promotions

8. Help define new products based on industry trends and customer inputs.

9. Analyze competitor offerings

10. Suggest improvements to current products
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:

Hands on - Must be able to self create marketing material.

1. 6+ years experience in marketing in the high tech industry, preferably in ASIC's

2. Very good written and oral skills

3. Self motivated with strong leadership skills, business acumen and work ethics.

4. International marketing experience

5. Expertise in Online Marketing

6. Must be capable of multi-tasking several simultaneous projects within atmosphere of high-energy and fast pace entrepreneurial group.

7. Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Business Administration

8. Must be a U.S Citizen or Green Card Holder
