REQUIREMENTS


AA or BA degree

2 + years of experience working in a marketing environment.

2+ years of property management experience preferred

Excellent communication (verbal & written).

Copywriting and proofreading skills a +!

Proven track record, a strong eye for detail & superior organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Internet researching skills & the ability to quickly learn software.

Desktop & Web publishing skills a +

Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced MS Office.
