Job Description: Develop, manage and implement a broad-based, B2B marketing program for the loan acquisition division of Bayview Financial.

Revise messaging to target audiences as needed; communicate messaging effectively to both sales and external clients
Manage lead generating direct mail campaigns including mailer development, copy, production, fulfillment and results tracking
Implement and manage selective advertising campaigns to support marketing activities and generate leads; includes choosing publication appropriate messaging, negotiating ad rates, determining ad size/frequency and tracking results
Work directly with Tradeshow & Events Manager to increase lead generation through promotional programs and events around tradeshows
Work directly with PR agency to identity newsworthy topics that relate to the Acquisitions business as well as targets for editorial placements
Develop marketing collateral for use by sales including sell sheets, brochures, sales kits, etc. Manage multi-million dollar budget and report directly to Senior Management on Marketing's ROI for the Acquisitions division
Manage 2 direct reports and 2 indirect reports on a project-by-project basis
REQUIREMENTS

Experienced Marketing Manager with a generalist background and an emphasis on online marketing and direct mail.
Must have management experience with direct reports as well as a proven track record of Marketing success with previous employers.
Background in either financial services, loan acquisitions or real estate preferred; and/or previous experience with banks or mortgage companies.
5-7 years Marketing experience; at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
MBA preferred but not required.
