Marketing Manager - Consumer Products

Client is a leading manufacturer of grocery food products distributed through the US in grocery and mass channels. They offer a complete benefit package including 401(k) and relocation. Job responsibilities include:

·Develop brand positioning, advertising, pricing and new product strategies
·Develop and implement annual marketing plan
·Execute annual marketing plan by implementing tactical marketing plans
·Integrate activities of key departments; evaluate progress against plan and recommend corrective action as needed
·Advise senior management on key strategic recommendations
·Identify opportunities and implement plans for line extensions and new product introductions
·Analyze consumer trends and research data; maximize profitability of assigned product lines
·Monitor timelines and effectiveness of tactical plan execution
·Control consumer marketing budget; negotiate external promotion services
·Forecast/review yearly expenses; develop and implement annual brand plans
·Assist marketing in reviewing activities of external agencies
·Manage P&L variances to attain annual and long-range financial objectives
·Analyze brand business results and marketplace dynamics to provide on-going marketing mix recommendations
REQUIREMENTS
The following requirements must be met to be considered for the position:

·MBA
·5-8 years classic CPG product marketing experience
