MARKETING MANAGER

You should have experience developing and managing marketing plans. In this position, you will develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing initiatives that support the market growth of our product portfolio, including new and existing products.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Major areas of responsibility include:
Marketing communications (advertising, direct mail, collateral
Public relations
Trade shows/industry events
Promotions
E-marketing
Training/educational materials
Market planning
Product launches, brand identity, and pricing.

Key day-to-day activities include:

Generation of strategic and tactical marketing programs/schedules

Create and manage marketing plans including strategy, positioning, and promotions
market research, program specifications that help achieve sales and profit objectives

Provide sales force with leadership and effective marketing support, including tools

Writing and copy development of ads and collateral and working with creative services

Planning product launches

Managing of advertising/promotional campaigns for effectiveness and budget adherence

Work cross-functionally with the product development, sales, manufacturing and
distribution to ensure optimization of product marketing

Track competitive marketing and product activities and prepare periodic reports
detailing marketing efforts of key competitors

Manage relationships with sales management, field sales and key customers to obtain
feedback regarding product usage, satisfaction, problems and competitive
REQUIREMENTS
Marketing Manager Must Possess:

Education/Experience:

BA/BS degree required, preferably in marketing or marketing related discipline

At least 5 years marketing related experience, preferably in the healthcare and/or
consumer products industries.

A track record in product launches and brand growth required

Skills/Abilities:

Proactive/resourceful/creative

Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Strong interpersonal skills
