Marketing Lead

As a marketing lead, you will be responsible for:

Managing and coordinating the execution of Direct Mail marketing materials for existing and new partner programs.

Collaborating with Marketing Strategy, Partner Account Management and Targeting teams to plan and design tactical campaign requirements.

Collaborating with Marketing Operation to manage and implement end-to-end campaign execution activities including cell matrix creation, creative editing and timeline management.

Leading the strategic evolution of marketing creative related to its effectiveness in generating new customers, cost and production efficiency through test and learn methodology.

Directing the development of marketing creative and copy with Graphic Services, external creative agencies, Legal and Compliance to produce consumer marketing materials.

Leading resolution of production and process issues that could impact on-time delivery of marketing materials. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree required

4 years of related marketing experience

Strong project management, multi-tasking, and leadership skills with sharp attention to detail

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are required

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment balancing multiple campaign tasks and deliverables.

Ability to manage projects in cross-functional teams to meet critical delivery milestones.

Sound fundamental writing skills including an ability to create or reposition basic customer-facing promotional copy and edit existing copy.

Bilingual candidate in Spanish a plus.
