Marketing Director- Core Offerings

This role includes elements of both upstream and downstream marketing for this product area. Responsible for development and execution of Growth Playbook (strategic plan) marketing plans including market assessment, offering development lifecycle management, and competitive assessment/response. Also provides field support for product offerings.~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other business related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing (or high school diploma/GED and 15+ years of relevant experience)
At least 10 years experience in team and project management with emphasis in marketing or product related field
Demonstrated strong leadership skills with prior experience in hiring and developing teams
Must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Must be willing to work out of an office in Waukesha, WIDesired: *MBA preferred
Proven ability to lead project teams as well as assessing customer need and market opportunities
Demonstrated ability to perform market research, business analysis and strategy development.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook (Advanced skills in creating Power Point presentations and excel spreadsheets preferred)
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate messages clearly
