The Marketing Director will have full responsibility for managing the Marketing Department and overseeing the company’s public relations firm.The company emphasizes the continuing growth of its very successful and proven product lines versus continually introducing new products into the market.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have marketing experience in the retail food business. Candidates with experience in dairy products, particularly cheese, will be given preference.BelGioioso Cheese, Inc. is a very successful privately owned entrepreneurial, patriarchal company and therefore, applicants must thrive in an environment of informality and be able to successfully execute tasks and take personal responsibility for results.Candidate must have at least a 4-year business degree. MBA is preferred.
