Extract, combine and distill data from various internal and external sources.
Mine and analyze small-to-large sets of prospect and customer data.
Analyze customer and prospect data and recommend segmentation strategies.
Cleanse and upload lists for marketing and sales campaigns.
Compile findings and results from various sources and via various tools in order to aggregate, analyze and report results.
Maintain data integrity and database rules based on company organizational dynamics and customer communication preferences.
Create, prepare and route database reports, administer access and usage, and document requirements and procedures.
Conduct and/or participate in database development, testing and maintenance.Qualifications
A solid understanding of marketing combined with a background utilizing campaign management, query and reporting tools for targeted prospecting and customer campaigns and communications will be critical to your success in this role.
Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or Economics. Masters a strong plus.
5+ years experience with 2+ years experience in B2B sales and marketing, with emphasis in analysis of large customer and prospect data sets.
Experience in one or more of the following industries a strong plus: mortgage, real estate, direct marketing, government -+ and/or insurance.
Strong working knowledge of relational databases and database management, including Oracle 10.7 and 11i and MS SQL Server, and advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Access and SQL.
Equally skilled at high-level project management and planning, and hands-on tactical project execution.
Demonstrated team and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel and senior management.
Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget.Benefits
