Marketing Coordinator (full time, days)

This position will establish marketing and communications standards, develop all collateral materials, coordinate events, draft all marketing materials, coordinate market research, advertising and promotional campaigns.



GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Establish communication & marketing standards
Manage development of promotional collateral pieces
Work with internal teams and outside agencies, as necessary, to develop all marketing/advertising materials/ market research
Provide direction for content and "creative"
Recommend and implement changes to web site to improve utility and conversions

Compose and distribute press releases, direct mail campaigns and email blasts
Coordinate/manage press release process
Manage internal projects (Employee & Physician Newsletter, Physician Directory, Volunteer Program, etc.)

Assist int he planning of Forums, Parties, Open Houses, Award Banquets, etc.

REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years Marketing experience.
Proficient use of MS Office Suite products (MS-Word/MS-Excel/MS-PowerPoint/MS-Acess)
Persuasive and collaborative interpersonal Skills
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications (ex: published newsletters, videos, brochures)
Direct relevant marketing experience to include project management and creative accountability.
