About the Position:
We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Elgin office. This individual will implement the company’s marketing strategy to achieve a healthy share of the market by focusing on the needs of clients and prospects.

Responsibilities include:
· Supporting the Marketing Director
· Contributing to the formulation of long-term marketing plans
· Helping develop and implement marketing communication projects
· Organizing and attending (when required) events, exhibitions, trade shows, client appreciation or charitable events
· Ensuring deadlines are met and managed effectively
· Liaises with other departments when managing company events
· Collating, producing and disseminating promotional materials, client surveys and regular mailings
· Responsible for maintaining inventory of marketing materials in all three offices
· Evaluating and updating tracking system for marketing campaigns
· Working on website projects as directed
· Managing meeting coordination
· Updating prospect relationship management systems
· Monitoring competitor activity
· Scheduling resources to meet objectives
· Attends and minutes marketing meetings

Qualified candidates must have 1-year of office experience preferable in marketing. Intermediate level of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential and Publisher is a plus.

Location:
This opportunity is located in beautiful Elgin, Illinois.

Compensation:
We offer an excellent compensation package. Salary is $33,000-$36,000 based on experience.
