The Marketing Coordinator will support SXC Health Solutions’ client acquisition and retention efforts and will act as the project gatekeeper by developing and maintaining a comprehensive, detailed, up-to-date project management database. The position involves sales presentation coordination and fulfillment, trade show determination, coordination, and booth management. Efficient and timely proposal production support is a key factor in meeting request for proposal (RFP) deadlines, and the Marketing Coordinator role is paramount to fulfilling that expectation.
On occasion, the Marketing Coordinator may be asked to field incoming calls on behalf of the sales and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent short turnaround times. This position requires strong communication and detail-oriented project management skills, with excellent organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS

Essential Job Functions:
•Develop and maintain a comprehensive, detailed project management database for initiatives within the marketing department that may include requests for proposals (RFP’s), presentations, marketing support materials, etc.
•Monitor incoming requests from the sales department and manage the project flow to assigned proposal writers, track progress, and provide production support.
•Assist in presentation coordination and fulfillment, contact management, and on occasion, travel coordination.
•Manage the trade show calendar, registration, booth management, shipping, etc.
•Provide support in the development and production of all marketing materials including, but not limited to the following: population of proposals with available library content, compile exhibits, prepare and collate binders, manage production supplies, manage exhibit materials inventory.

•Ability to work in high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
•Ability to complete assignments with limited supervision
•Professional oral and written communication skills
•Excellent organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
•Ability to initiate and take action when necessary
•Flexible style and positive, team-oriented work ethic
•Able to work with diverse personality styles
•Working knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Ability to work extended hours when needed
Education and Experience:
•Minimum of one years’ experience working in a marketing role.
•Current or previous pharmacy benefits management (PBM) industry experience preferred.
•Minimum of one years’ experience in project management.
•Minimum of one years’ experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where tight time frames and strict deadlines are the norm.
•Minimum of one years’ experience working with Microsoft Office products.
