Marketing Coordinator: 3-01-035

Location: 4000 West Brown Deer Road,Brown Deer,WisconsinGuaranty Bank is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Department. Job Responibilities include: 1. Manage the development and execution of the strategic lending marketing plan, in order to maintain competitive products/services 2. Increase profitability and market penetration, and enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty 3. Develops and oversees lending marketing programs, materials, promotions and other communications to the various divisions within the company 4. Works with loan officers, product development, and regional managers to develop and execute measurable marketing strategies to help achieve strategic objectives 5. Manage and coach mortgage product manager. Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelors Degree (business-related major preferred) 3-5 years experience in category management of financial services or other related position. Experience in strategic decision-making Well documented leadership skills Ability to manage a broad set of diverse activities Quantitative and analytical skills needed to interpret data Strong PC and internet skills in order to analyze, prepare and present information Seeking results-oriented individual possessing a high sense of urgency
