Marketing Communications Manager

Plan, direct and coordinate advertising and promotional activities that promote the sale of our products and services; coordinate and support production efforts, ensuring on-time, high quality advertising print materials and promotional items; manage vendor relationships, and secure best market prices for promotional items, print materials and services. This position also manages and coordinates $4-$8 million in direct mail programs, designs and creates layouts for marketing materials, monitors traffic/production of all print materials from concept development to distribution, and acts as a liaison between print vendors and outside advertising agencies. Other duties involve evaluating and selecting vendors; managing day-to-day processes with fulfillment house, including evaluating and making recommendations on inventory management; and working on a wide range of special projects.We are an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V
REQUIREMENTS
BS in Marketing, Communications or a related field; 4-5 years of relevant creative design/purchasing experience; and in-depth knowledge of print production/promotional materials, direct mail, literature fulfillment, inventory management, and vendor negotiation.Position requires experience managing responsibilities of vendors and consultants; superior communication, interpersonal, project management and negotiation skills; leadership talent; and PC proficiency.Must be a well-organized and team-spirited self-starter with E-Lit Fulfillment and Vax-Source management skills and the ability to complete multiple simultaneous projects.
