Marketing Communications
Responsible for implementing progressive marketing activities to promote personal lines products and services; actively manages the client relationship to increase penetration and ensure retention. Assists the Regional/National Account Executive with additional duties and projects.
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelors degree (or equivalent) plus at least three to five years of relevant and more responsible work experience in a customer/client service capacity. Requires a broad working knowledge of mass marketing practices and processes. Effective interpersonal skills for regular and frequent contact with individuals outside the department; requires tact, persuasion and common courtesy to maintain cooperative relationships. Ability to work independently with clients and handle multiple tasks with varying time constraints. Demonstrated analytical skills and basic computer skills required.
